Description
Many single moms face unique challenges that can lead to increased stress and anxiety. This Pursuit is designed to help single mothers recognize the most common causes of stress in their daily lives and provides practical strategies and tools to effectively manage these feelings. Attendees will learn how to identify stressors, develop coping mechanisms, and build resilience for themselves and their families.
Enjoy a family meal with other single-mom families followed by a program just for moms — all at no cost.
